If Berlime Solutions is unable to respond to the request within 30 calendar days after receiving the request, Berlime Solutions shall inform the requestor in writing within 30 days of the time by which Berlime Solutions will be able to respond to the request.
  5.  Before responding to an access request and/or correction request, Berlime Solutions shall exercise due diligence and adopt appropriate measures to verify the identity of the individual’s request. Berlime Solutions may ask questions or obtain documentary evidence from the individual in order to verify his/her identity.
